The Backstreet Wives are the loving, wonderful, and supportive wives of the Backstreet Boys, and the mothers of the Backstreet Babies. The wives consists of Kristin Richardson, Leighanne Littrell, Leigh Dorough, Lauren Kitt-Carter and Rochelle McLean.

Kristin Richardson

Kristin (maiden name Willits) is the first wife of the bunch and married to Kevin Richardson. They have been together since 1992, married since 2000, and have two sons together, Mason and Maxwell "Max". Kevin and Kristin first met while they were both working at Disney World.

Leighanne Littrell

Leighanne (maiden name Wallace) is the second wife and married to Brian Littrell. They have been happily married since 2000, together since 1997, and are the only couple to have one child, their son, Baylee. Brian and Leighanne first met on the set of As Long As You Love Me.

Leigh Dorough

Leigh (maiden name Boniello) is the third wife and married to Howie Dorough. They have been together since 2000, happily married since 2007, and have two young sons, James and Holden. Howie and Leigh first met when she started working as the band's webmaster.

Rochelle McLean

Rochelle (maiden name Karidis) is the fourth wife and married to AJ McLean. They have been together since 2009, married since 2011, and are the only couple with two daughters, [[Ava McLean|Elliott ava and Lyric. AJ and Rochelle first met at Saddleback Ranch after her first encounter at the Into the Millennium Tour on October 17, 1999, when she turned 17, the week prior before meeting at Choreographers Carnival two years later in October 2001.

Lauren Kitt-Carter

Lauren (maiden name Kitt) is the fifth and final wife of the group and is married to Nick Carter. They have been happily together since 2008, married since 2014, and are the only couple with three children: a son, Odin, and two daughters, Saoirse and Pearl. Nick and Lauren first met through Nick's sister, Angel and late brother, Aaron.

Angela (maiden name Randle) is the fourth wife and one of the Backstreet Boys dancers from the Into the Millennium Tour. She is also the widow of the late Backstreet Boys security John Elqani, who gave her a beautiful daughter, Chloe.

• Jennifer Sousa

Jennifer "Jenn" is the manager of the Backstreet Boys and the honorable wife of the group. She has worked with the Boys since 2007 and is friends with all five wives. She happily married Juan Martinez until her divorce in 2022 and has two children, JJ and Layla.

• They seem like normal women like their husbands, but the ratio of the wives is based on their careers: 4/5 are models, 3/5 are actresses, 4 took dance as kids, yet only 2/5 are professionally trained dancers, 3/5 are producers, 2/5 are designers, a writer, a hair and makeup artist, a fitness trainer and WBFF competitor
• All five wives got together since Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life before the final show when their husbands headed down to the theater’s VIP tables to their loves and escorted them up to the center of the stage while performing “Shape of My Heart,” concluded adorably serenading their gorgeous wives as all five couples took to the spotlight In several video footage, filmed on Saturday night, but then the five singers, who have been together for more than 25 years, dropped to their knees before handing the ladies long-stemmed roses, and Howie Dorough wrapped things up by telling the crowd, “Give it up for our amazing wives, ladies, and gentlemen!
